Cancellation
There is a $100 cancelled set up fee for any changes made to an order after work has been done. IE: once a machine is setup and buyer requests to stop production, there is a $100 cancellation fee to cover for the time spent preparing machines and garments, as well as setting up machines.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards. Items must be paid in full before your custom items are created. 
For bulk orders (20 items and above) We do require a 50% deposit at the beginning of the order and the remaining 50% balance upon completion. Please contact us at info@DenumBrand.com for a custom invoice and mockups.
 
Mockups
You have the right to view your order before committing. Please contact us at info@DenumBrand.com to request a mockup prior to completing purchase. 
Rush Orders
We do not provide rush order services. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and fullfilled. Many custom orders are fulfilled within 48 hours, depending on complexity and size.  We strive to provide quality products at competitive prices, and to do so, we limit the potentional for error.  
We don’t assume responsibility for copyrighted designs sent to us for printing. By submitting a design, you warrant that you’re authorized to manufacture products with that design. If you have obtained the right to print copyrighted images, scan the documentation and send us a copy at info@DenumBrand.com
